° Quienes hubieren sido pensionados con anterioridad a la Ley 87 de 1961, por invalidez, por incapacidad u otras causas previstas en leyes especiales, tendrán derecho a que se les reajuste la pensión, en los mismos términos y condiciones previstos para los demás pensionados a que se refiere este Decreto.
