Que comprende el Municipio de Apartadó, su vereda San José de Apartadó y Puerto Caribe, sobre los cuales ejerce su jurisdicción. Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social de Turbo. Que comprende el Municipio de Turbo, sus veredas El Tres y Currulao y los municipios de Necoclí, Arboletes y San Pedro de Urabá, sobre los cuales ejerce su jurisdicción. Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social de Chigorodó. Que comprende los municipios de Carepa, Mutatá, Murindó y Vigía del Fuerte, sobre los cuales ejerce su jurisdicción.
