NECROPSIA. Sin haber practicado la necropsia a que se refiere el artículo anterior, no se inhumará el cadáver, y si se hubiere inhumado sin ese requisito, se exhumará para cumplirlo, dando aviso a la persona encargada del lugar donde se hizo la inhumación. Al tiempo de realizar la exhumación, el funcionario de instrucción exigirá al sepulturero y a dos por lo menos de las personas que deban estar informadas del lugar en que se encuentre el cadáver, que indiquen, bajo juramento, el sitio en que se encuentran los despojos a que se refiere la inspección. Hecha la exhumación, se identificará el cadáver por los medios que el juez estime oportunos y se procederá enseguida a la necropsia.
