Autorizar al Alcalde del municipio de Fusagasugá, departamento de Cundinamarca, para asumir la competencia de suspender y cancelar la personería jurídica, así como la de inspeccionar, vigilar y controlar las Juntas de Acción Comunal, Juntas de Vivienda Comunitaria y Asociaciones Comunales de Juntas domiciliadas en la municipalidad, de conformidad con los preceptos del artículo 143 de la Ley 136 de 1994, Decreto-ley 2150 de 1995 y Decreto 0427 de 1996, atendiendo las orientaciones impartidas al respecto por el Ministerio del Interior.
