Con base en el nuevo recurso fiscal de qué trata el artículo anterior, abrirse los siguientes créditos adicionales-extraordinario-a la ley de apropiaciones para la presente diligencia fiscal: MINISTERIO DE GUERRA Capítulo 43. Al artículo 439-A. Para continuar la construcción de los cuarteles de Armenia (ley 50 y de 1935), en el año $ 100.000.00 MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PÚBLICAS Capítulo 109. Al artículo 1646-A. Para gastos de construcción del ferrocarril de paz del río (Decreto legislativo 4051 de 1949), en el año 1.200.000.00 Al art. 1648-A. Para entubado de las calles de la ciudad de Armenia (Caldas), Ley 28 de 1948, artículo 4°, en el año 100.000.00 1.300.000.00 Total $ 1.400.000.00
