Las instituciones educativas públicas y privadas que ofrezcan educación media establecerán, a través del gobierno escolar previsto en el artículo 142 de la Ley 115 de febrero 8 de 1994, los Comités Consultivos para el Relacionamiento de la Educación Media con el Sector Empresarial, a que hace referencia el artículo 32 de la Ley 590 de 2000.
