Con los fondos apropiados en el capítulo 68, artículo 729, parágrafo 1°, del Presupuesto de la actual vigencia, se atenderá a los gastos de la vía de Calón en la, sección llamada Variante de Nariño, y en consecuencia, de tal partida se girarán las sumas que se estime necesarias al Tesorero de dicha vía, quien las manejará con la garantía de la fianza que tiene otorgada a favor del Tesoro Nacional.
