°. Función. La Comisión Intersectorial para el Estudio de las Solicitudes de Repatriación de Presos tendrá como función estudiar y recomendar al Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho sobre la decisión a tomar frente a las solicitudes de repatriación que sean sometidas a su consideración por conducto de la Oficina de Asuntos Internacionales del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, con fundamento en los instrumentos legales y en observancia de los tratados internacionales.
