Referencias Normativas. Las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes al Ministerio de Educación Nacional, que tengan relación con las funciones expresadas en el presente decreto, deben entenderse referidas a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Alimentación Escolar -Alimentos para Aprender-, así como aquellas que hagan referencia al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF).
