CAMBIO DE PROPIEDAD O TRANSFERENCIA DE ASTILLERO. Siempre que haya cambio de propiedad o transferencia de astillero, o taller de reparaciones navales, deberá informarse por escrito a la Autoridad Marítima, anexando copia del documento (escritura) respectivo, y el original de la licencia de Explotación Comercial dando el nombre del nuevo propietario y su razón social. Este por su parte, solicitará oportunamente a la Autoridad Marítima, la expedición de la correspondiente Licencia de Explotación Comercial a su nombre e informará sobre los cambios de personal técnico, variaciones en el equipo, etc., que se proponga efectuar.
