Los productos líquidos que se obtengan del sorteo autorizado por el Artículo 1o. Se repartirán por partes iguales entre los distritos de Sincelejo y Montería y se invertirán en las obras de beneficencia,

Asistencia social y saneamiento que determinen los respectivos concejos.
