Artículo cuarto. Los funcionarios internacionales contemplados dentro del Proyecto serán designados por la FAO de acuerdo con el numeral (1.1) del Apéndice IV del Plan de Operaciones, y gozarán de las prorrogativas consignadas en el artículo VIII del Convenio General de Asistencia Técnica firmado el 4 de febrero de 1960 entre el Gobierno de Colombia y el Fondo Especial de las Naciones Unidas.
