En los procesos de pertenencia, deslinde y amojonamiento, servidumbres, expropiaciones y división de bienes comunes, el juez ordenará de oficio la inscripción de la demanda antes de la notificación del auto admisorio al demandado. Una vez inscrita, el oficio se remitirá por el registrador al juez, junto con un certificado sobre la situación jurídica del bien.
