Pagaduría Y Contabilidad

Pagaduría y Contabilidad. Estará a cargo de un Jefe que será el Contador Pagador, dependiente del Departamento Administrativo y será de sil cargo

Efectuar el pago oportuno de los gastos y servicios del Ministerio;

Constituir fianza de responsabilidad y manejo, cuya cuantía fijará la Contraloría General de la República;

Rendir mensualmente las cuentas de su responsabilidad tanto ante la entidad antes dicha como ante el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo, y

Cumplir las normas que sobre el particular existan emanadas de la Contraloría General de la República, como las que dictare el Departamento Administrativo del Ministerio.
