º . Cuando el Certificado de Inspección no se hubiere emitido de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo del artículo primero de este Decreto, la Sociedad de Certificación, está obligada a devolver al importador o Sociedad de Intermediación Aduanera, el valor que por concepto de honorarios haya recibido al momento de presentarse la Solicitud de Inspección. La devolución deberá efectuarse en un plazo no superior a diez (10) días calendario, contados desde el vencimiento del término para la entrega del Certificado de Inspección.
