INFIDELIDAD A LOS DEBERES PROFESIONALES. El que en asunto judicial o administrativo, en desempeño de mandato, por cualquier medio fraudulento perjudique la gestión que se le hubiere confiado o en un mismo asunto defienda las partes que tienen intereses contrarios o incompatibles, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a cuatro (4) años. Si la conducta se realiza en asunto penal, la pena imponible se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte. CAPITULO IV DEL ENCUBRIMIENTO
