Las administradoras podrán celebrar contratos con instituciones financieras u otras entidades, con cargo a sus propios recursos, con el objeto de que éstos se encarguen de las operaciones de recaudo, pago y transferencia de los recursos manejados por las primeras, en las condiciones que se determinen, con el fin de que dichas operaciones puedan ser realizadas en todo el territorio nacional.
