Cada Escuela Artesanal o Instituto Politécnico Complementario dispondrá de un almacén encargado de recibir y vender todas aquellas obras útiles que produzcan por concepto de ejercicios prácticos realizados por los alumnos en cada taller. El almacén se denominará con el nombre del establecimiento educativo correspondiente. La organización, manejo y control de cada almacén estarán sujetos a las normas que sobre el particular dicte la Contraloría General de la República.
