En el término de 10 meses contados a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, las personas jurídicas de carácter público, privado o mixto deberán adecuar sus estatutos de acuerdo con las disposiciones de la presente ley, cuando fuere el caso. Las distintas entidades de inspección y vigilancia verificarán el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este artículo.
