ARTICULO 1° Abrese el siguiente crédito adicional a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia en curso:

Congreso Nacional.

Artículo 7º bis. Para pagar el valor de los viáticos y transportes de las comisiones del Senado de la República y de la Cámara de Representantes que deben concurrir al Congreso de Tisiología que se reunirá el día 15 de enero de 1945 en la ciudad de La Habana, trece mil pesos ($13.000.00).
