Cuando se requiera contratar con personas naturales o jurídicas que de acuerdo con las normas vigentes deban estar inscritas, calificadas y clasificadas, dicha contratación se hará con quienes figuren en el correspondiente registro que para tal efecto elaborará el Fondo Educativo Regional, el cual enviará copia total del mismo a cada uno de los institutos docentes que posean Fondos.
