Artículo décimo Noveno. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1996, la prima de dedicación exclusiva que trata el acuerdo 30 de 1971 de la Junta Directiva del ICCE, se continuará pagando únicamente a aquellos que la venían percibiendo y en las mismas cuantías señaladas en el artículo 9o. del Decreto-ley 456 de 1984, previa constancia del rector del Inem de que el docente trabaja y cumple con la dedicación exclusiva.
