Las Comisiones de Personal deberán vigilar que los nombramientos de empleados se produzcan con sujeción a lo dispuesto en los artículos 50, 51, 52 y 53 del Decreto 1732 de 1960 y cuando la designación no ocurra conforme a esas normas lo informarán inmediatamente a la Presidencia de la República y al Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil para que se de cumplimiento, lo dispuesto en el artículo 55 del Decreto citado en este mismo artículo.
