De las deliberaciones y decisiones de la Junta Directiva se dejará constancia en un libro especial de actas, cada una de las cuales será firmada por quien preside la sesión y por el Secretario, cuyas copias darán fe cuando sean expedidas y autenticadas por dicho Secretario.
