Art. 2.° El mismo Administrador destacará dos Guardas en "Los Pozos colorados" con el fin indicado en el artículo anterior; les dará, así como a los de Pueblo-viejo, instrucciones escritas, claras i precisas, para el mejor cumplimiento de sus deberes, i los relevará cada quince dias.
