El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores hará imprimir en papel de seguridad y de acuerdo con determinados modelos que establecerá para el efecto, los correspondientes esqueletos o libretas para los pasaportes diplomáticos, oficiales y ordinarios de que trata el presente Decreto. Los formularios tendrán numeración continua y de su distribución se llevará control especial en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Igualmente se llevará un registro especial de pasaportes diplomáticos y oficiales.
