Art. 1.° Todos los miembros del Resguardo de las Salinas de Cundinamarca, sin excepción, estarán subordinados al Jefe y éste al Administrador principal. El Ayudante permanecerá en la Oficina del Jefe, estará siempre á sus órdenes, llevará el Registro general de altas y bajas y desempeñará las comisiones que se le encomienden.
