Decreto 654 de 1975 · Por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 2337 de 1971, orgánico de la Carrera de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares

Dotación inicial de vestuario y equipo. Los oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares al ingresar al escalafón recibirán por una sola vez, como dotación inicial diferente a la partida anual, los elementos de vestuario estipulados en los respectivos reglamentos de uniformes. El mismo derecho tendrán los oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares llamados al servicio activo después de haber permanecido más de un (1) año en situación de retiro.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional fijará mediante resolución la dotación correspondiente.
