Proferida una providencia o acto administrativo que disponga el pago de uno o varios premios, el concesionario, o la lotería o beneficencia cuando no hubiere contrato de concesión, deberá proceder a la cancelación de les mismos dentro da los dos (2) días siguientes a la ejecutoría de la misma. Si se negare, se le aplicarán las disposiciones que para el caso, establece el presente Decreto.
