Calificaciones y ascensos. Los suboficiales a que se refiere el artículo anterior, serán calificados y clasificados como suboficiales alumnos, conforme lo estipula el reglamento de calificación y clasificación y podrán ascender durante su permanencia en la Escuela de Cadetes de Policía General Santander, dentro del escalafón de suboficiales, previo concepto favorable de la dirección del Instituto.
