Disposición general . De conformidad con lo preceptuado en la Ley 336 de 1996, a partir de la vigencia de esta disposición, el servicio público de transporte escolar sólo se podrá prestar mediante empresas legalmente habilitadas con equipos matriculados o registrados para dicho servicio, previamente homologados ante el Ministerio de Transporte.
