ARTICULO 263 . Internación en centro hospitalario . Cuando para la observación del estado psíquico o corporal del imputado fuere necesario que sea internado en un hospital, se ordenará por el funcionario judicial la medida, preservando siempre los derechos fundamentales. Esta decisión será notificada personalmente al agente del Ministerio Público, si lo hubiere, o en su defecto al Defensor del Pueblo. Si cualquiera de estos se opusiere, corresponderá la decisión a quien fuera competente para decidir el recurso de apelación. CAPITULO III PRUEBA PERICIAL
