La Sub-División de Drogas, Alimentos y Cosméticos podrán ordenar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a petición de terceros, la revisión de cualquier licencia vigente y de los respectivos productos, sin pago de derechos. Las solicitudes de terceros deben presentarse personalmente. También podrá ordenar la revisión de un grupo de licencias vigentes, por Resolución motivada de carácter general, sin pago de derechos.
