Contratos. Los contratos que celebre la Zona Franca deben contener las cláusulas que sobre garantías, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas se exigen para los del Gobierno, la declaratoria de caducidad llegada el caso se hará por el Gerente (Artículo 51, Decreto 150 de 1976.
