Art. 2°. Autorízaseles también para que puedan dividir los Tribunales que queden subsistentes en dos Salas, ó para suprimirlas donde, por disminución de personal, sean innecesarias esas subdivisiones.

Parágrafo

En caso de supresión de Tribunales, puede aumentarse el número de Magistrados en los restantes, lo mismo que el personal subalterno.
