Encargo. Los empleados podrán ser encargados para asumir parcial o totalmente las funciones de empleos diferentes de aquellos para los cuales han sido nombrados, por ausencia temporal o definitiva del titular, desvinculándose o no de las propias de su cargo. El encargo no interrumpe el tiempo de servicio para efectos de la antigüedad en el empleo del cual es titular, ni afecta los derechos de carrera del empleado.
