En Caso De Revisión Oficiosa Se Tomarán Las Muestras Necesarias Del Producto, Se Harán Los Análisis E Investigaciones Conducentes Y Si Se Comprobaren Violaciones A Este Decreto Se Cancelará El Registro

En caso de revisión oficiosa se tomarán las muestras necesarias del producto, se harán los análisis e investigaciones conducentes y si se comprobaren violaciones a este Decreto se cancelará el registro.

Parágrafo

Ordenada la revisión oficiosa de un producto que se halle en trámite de renovación, el Ministerio de Salud Pública deberá ordenar que este trámite se adelante con prelación sobre cualquier otro asunto. En este caso los análisis se practicarán en las muestras tomadas con ocasión de la orden de revisión de oficio. XI. SANCIONES
