A partir del 1° de enero de 1990 el subsidio de alimentación de los funcionarios del Departamento Nacional de Planeación que devenguen asignaciones básicas no superiores a ciento veinte mil seiscientos pesos ($ 120.600) m/cte. será de cuatro mil trescientos cincuenta pesos ($4.350) m/cte. mensuales, pagaderos por el mencionado Departamento. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones o se encuentre en uso de licencia.
