Las instituciones a que se refiere el artículo 152 del Decreto extraordinario 80 de 1980 y que no sean fundaciones o corporaciones sin ánimo de lucro, deberán formular la solicitud de reconocimiento de personería jurídica y adelantar los demás trámites previstos en este Decreto. En este caso no se requiere estudio de factibilidad, salvo si se pretende cambiar el carácter académico del establecimiento.
