° Desde el dia 1.° de setiembre próximo figurarán como dependientes de la Administracion principal de Hacienda nacional de Neiva las Oficinas telegráficas de Purificacion, Aipe, Natagaima i la de la misma ciudad, quedando por el mismo hecho a cargo del referido Administrador principal atender al pago del personal i material de dichas Oficinas i cumplir con los deberes que le imponen los articulos 14, 16, 17, 18, 22 i 26 del decreto número 481, de 1874, sobre Contabilidad de las Oficinas telegráficas, i las demas que este ramo se le atribuyan.
