Fondo Rotatorio

Captar y administrar los recursos recaudados por los consulados de Colombia en el exterior.

Ejercer el control previo y posterior de los gastos dispuestos con cargo a los recursos del Fondo Rotatorio.

Celebrar los actos y contratos necesarios para el desarrollo de sus funciones.
