Responsabilidad . Los sujetos obligados al cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente decreto serán responsables de la veracidad de la información que suministren a las autoridades sanitarias competentes, así como de las consecuencias que sobre la salud individual colectiva pueda experimentar la población usuaria de los productos y servicios que aquí se regulan.
