Para efectos de lo previsto en el artículo anterior, el solicitante o solicitantes formularán una petición ante el Gobierno Nacional, por conducto del Ministerio de Justicia, con el fin de que se certifique la habilitación del interesado para solicitar el beneficio de la cesación de procedimiento. La petición deberá reunir los requisitos previstos en el artículo 1° del presente Decreto y las pruebas que el interesado pretenda hacer valer para demostrar su voluntad de reincorporarse a la vida civil.
