La política conducente a desarrollar el programa de reincorporación a la sociedad y los beneficios socioeconómicos reconocidos será fijada por la Agencia Colombiana para la Reintegración de Personas y Grupos Alzados en Armas en coordinación con el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
