Se podrá otorgar Visa Temporal Ordinaria Estudiante de Intercambio al extranjero, mayor de quince (15) y menor de veinticinco (25) años, que en virtud de programas de intercambio estudiantil, pretenda ingresar al país para cursar estudios en establecimientos educativos debidamente reconocidos por el Gobierno Nacional.
