Las Ligas o Asociaciones de radioaficionados registradas ante la Dirección Administrativa de Comunicación Social del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, deberán enviar en los primeros dos (2) meses de cada año, una relación actualizada de sus miembros, con sus respectivos distintivos de llamada y su número de documento de identidad, so pena de perder su distintivo de llamada y su registro.
