ARTICULO 136 . CURSOS DE FORMACION, ORIENTACION, COMPLEMENTACION, CAPACITACION Y ESPECIALIZACION. Los cursos de formación, orientación, complementación, capacitación y especialización, serán programados, planeados y ejecutados por la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional y tendrá la siguiente duración: Para Oficiales de los servicios de la clase de seguridad, diez y ocho (18) semanas. Para Oficiales logísticos y para tratamiento penitenciario, doce (12) semanas. Para Suboficiales el currículo y el tiempo de duración se determinarán por la Dirección General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, el cual no podrá ser inferior a diez y seis (16) semanas. Para Dragoneantes el tiempo será de treinta y dos (32) semanas de las cuales veinticuatro (24) semanas serán de formación en la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional y ocho (8) semanas de práctica en los centros de reclusión.
