Dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente Decreto, Ecopetrol y Carbocol acordarán con la FEN los términos y condiciones bajo los cuales ésta asumirá la administración fiduciaria del Fondo de Exploración de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos y del Fondo de Fomento del Carbón sustitutivo del Fondo Nacional del Carbón, según Decreto 2656 del 23 de diciembre de 1988.
