Exclusión de zonas determinadas . Antes de que venza el término del emplazamiento, todo el que haya adquirido zonas determinadas del inmueble podrá pedir que se excluyan de la división, acompañando a la solicitud los títulos en que apoye su derecho. La misma petición compete a quien pretenda haber adquirido tales zonas por prescripción. En el escrito, que se presentará personalmente, deberán determinarse las zonas por su cabida y linderos, y pedirse las pruebas que se pretenda hacer valer. Cada petición se tramitará en cuaderno separado.
