Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deja sin vigencia todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el artículo segundo de la Resolución 4000 de 2005, modificada por el artículo 2° de la Resolución número 3097 de 2009, las Resoluciones números 3176 de 2008, 2658 de 2008 y 4693 de 2009, los Decretos números 174 de 2001, 805 de 2008, 3964 de 2009 y 4668 de 2006.
